We’d rather show two case studies with real evidence than eight with none. This page grows as results come in — not as projects get signed.

Tzaneen Mangoes

Marketing & Retail Expansion

Tzaneen Mangoes came to us as a locally produced mango product with a small customer base. The work has focused on three pillars: building the brand and its digital presence, testing the product in strategically selected physical locations, and preparing the business for formal retail.

Live market-testing locations

Locations: Mphephu Plaza, Biaba, and Makhado Crossing — used as live market labs to test pricing, packaging and demand ahead of a formal retail push.

What’s next: converting digital reach and market-testing data into a formal retail sales pack, and approaching supermarket buyers for pilot listings.

Indulge Café

Proven & Scaling

Indulge Café is a modern take on the South African Kota — “Your cravings, our command,” positioned as the Home of African Burgers. We built the brand from product concept through to a franchise and cloud-kitchen system, and it’s now a running, multi-location operation.

The model: portable kitchen formats sized for different markets, a delivery-first cloud-kitchen concept via Uber Eats and Mr D, and a multi-revenue-stream structure — franchise fees, royalties, kitchen rental and delivery — rather than dependence on single-store sales.

Partnerships pursued: NYDA, SEDA, municipal small-business structures, Uber Eats, Mr D, and regional radio (Phalaphala FM, Nzhelele FM).

Vision: expansion across South African provinces, with African market expansion as the long-term ambition.

Gubs Boutique

Launch & Digital Growth

Gubs Boutique launched in Thohoyandou with a deliberately premium, gold-free identity — black, grey and silver — built to read as a fashion brand rather than another clothing shop. Since opening, we’ve grown their social following roughly 7x.

Follower growth since launch (105 → 730)

Launch: Shop No. 2, Thohoyandou — opened 1 August 2026, backed by a launch campaign and ongoing social-media management.

What’s next: completing the website, launching the OOTD influencer programme, and tracking sales and repeat-purchase data alongside the social growth.
