New Way Projects (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a South African–based growth partner offering strategy, branding, marketing, business development and related services. This policy applies to visitors of this website and to individuals who contact us by email, WhatsApp, or through our website. We process personal information in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example, your name, email address, phone number and the content of any message when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp. If you engage us as a client, we may also collect business information relevant to the project (company details, marketing materials, financial information you choose to share for funding or strategy work).

We do not currently use cookies or analytics tracking on this website. If that changes — for example, if we add website analytics or advertising pixels (such as a Meta Pixel or Google Ads tag) to measure the performance of campaigns we run for ourselves or on behalf of clients — this policy will be updated first, and where required by law we will request your consent before any such tracking is active.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, provide quotes and proposals, deliver services you’ve engaged us for, and — only with your separate agreement — to send you updates about our work. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google’s servers when the page loads. If you submit our contact form, your message is sent via your own email provider or WhatsApp — we do not currently use a third-party form-processing service, though this may change as the site develops, in which case this policy will be updated to name the provider.

5. Advertising & marketing services we provide to clients

Where we manage paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business or Google Ads) on behalf of a client, that activity is governed by the client’s own privacy policy and the terms of the advertising platform used, not by this policy. If you’ve interacted with an ad we’ve run for a client and have questions about how your data was used, please contact that business directly.

6. Data retention

We retain enquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under POPIA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have handled your information improperly. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information you share with us, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and organisations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business and website develop. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
